Your Chance To Put Words In Someone’s Mouth

A friend passed on this link:
Type in a phrase in the “Enter Text” field and push the “Say It!” button. The image will not only follow your mouse (those eyes are tracking!), it will say the words that you typed. You can select different languages, voices and genders. The image remains the same, though.
I typed in different phrases and voices.
I was testing innocuous phrases like, “Sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don’t” and “Ms. Q is great!” just for chuckles.
Finally, it stopped working and displayed this message:
“Thank you for trying out the Oddcast animated text to speech technology!”
I first tried to reload the page. Back to that message.
I then tried clearing my cache and deleting the cookies. Same message.
Maybe their server stored my IP address. Regardless, I can’t play around with this thing. Good thing I got my screenshot.
Interesting that it stopped working after I typed in “This is freaky shit!”
Update: I just tried the link and it worked for me again. Maybe a reboot is what is needed!
“One does not simply walk into Mordor”
“That’s no moon!”
Fun link. Thanks.
It’s kind of disconcerting when the character doesn’t change appearance when using the voice of “Mike” or “Charles.”
That is a cool avatar. Not sure I’d pay money for it each month.
