One Month Down

Dang.

Is it February already?!

You may have noticed I haven’t been writing as much.

Well..life has been a bit busy for me. Just a lot of stuff going on in all areas of my life.

Life had been busy in a good way.

I hope to be writing more soon. I’ve just had to put writing on a lower priority.

Sleep is higher on the list.

Speaking of sleep…I better get me some!

    Sleep is definitely #1 lately here too. I slept practically the entire weekend myself because I was so deprived of this.

    I have noticed that you haven’t been writing as much! I definitely should value sleep more. While it’s not because of writing blog posts that I’m staying up, I continue to tell myself that I need more sleep.

    How has the extra sleep been treating you?

    You’re right, sleep is important. Something I don’t get enough of. Glad to know that you are OK. Being busy isn’t such a bad thing. But you do have people missing you. Enjoy the time ahead.

    Mentioning sleep reminds me of the immortal words of Bill Clement leading into a NHL playoff game going into overtime – “If this is like most games, this is going to be over quick, or you need to think ’sleep is overrated.’”

    Sue: I hope you’ve managed to catch up on sleep by now!

    Derek: Yeah, my writing has slowed waaaay down. But I really had to push it lower on my list of priorities. Extra sleep is good…helps with focusing!
