How do you feel when you are hugged?
Do you sink into the hug and allow it, or do you pause briefly and then pull away?
I notice that I want to pull away - I want to be the one who “leaves first.”

My evenings in Cape Town were very relaxing - we’d gather round the kitchen, pour ourselves glasses of wine and begin making dinner.
I found it very nurturing to be able to help prepare our meals and it made me realize how much I used to enjoy cooking.
