Blogging By Proxy
Do friends say to you, “I have this great idea for a postâ€?
Will you be discussing something with a buddy and he’ll say to you, “Hey! Why don’t you write about this in your blog?”
Do people pass on “something interesting†you might like to write about?
Have you found out that people want to blog-by-proxy?
Do you like it? Do you want more ideas?
Or do you want to tell them to start their own blog if they have so many “interesting” topics and great ideas?
I tell people to start their own blog. Then I help them out.
A recent one is Grimjesta.com
It is run by a gaming buddy of mine who is a bit of a punk. I would have let him guest blog for me but… his entries would read like an old Beatle Bailey cartoon. Full of $^%@ and !!@&$$@ words!
HMTKSteve: I checked out the site - hahahaha! I love the design although the gray font is really-really hard for me to read. But I can still read the blankity-blank-effin’-murfin’-effingly-eff-effs.
He writes well - I’ll have to keep checking it out, especially if I feel the need for some Seriously Freaky AND Effed Up Sh*T!
His MySpace quote is catchy: “He Sails From World to World in a Flying Tomb, Serving Gods Who Eat Hope… -PA”
Child: Mommy? Can I go? I wanna go! I wanna go to that really-really dark place!
Mother: What place are you talking about, honey?
Child: Albany! Albany Noo Yawk!
